I was one of the fortunate ones. During my divorce, I was in kundalini yoga teacher training and had 15 years experience as a yogi, meditator and servant to god. OKAY, so you may not have my tools yet, and if you are too involved with someone to break free from them nor do you want to, see them as whole and pure and they will begin to shift into wholeness. This takes commitment and consciousness but it can be done folks.
